By downloading or using TrackMint ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

TrackMint is a personal finance tracking app. It stores your data on your device and, optionally, syncs it to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Not financial advice

TrackMint is a record-keeping tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice. Calculations (including balances, budgets, investment returns, interest and EMI/amortization schedules) are estimates for your convenience and may not match official figures from your bank or lender. Always verify important numbers and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

3. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• You are responsible for your Google account and the spreadsheet the app creates in it, including its security and backups.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

4. Data & availability

Your data is stored locally and in your Google account. We do not host your data and cannot recover it for you. Sync depends on Google services and your internet connection, which may be unavailable at times.

5. Ads

The app may display advertisements served by third parties (Google AdMob). Your use of the app is also subject to those providers' terms.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
